Done-for-you outbound

I Book Sales Meetings For B2B Companies. You Just Take The Calls.

For Rise, my outbound booked 7 meetings from 143 replies in the first month. I find the people who should be buying from you, write to them, answer their replies, and book the ones who are a real fit.

You’ll leave the call with 10 companies I’d contact for you, whether you hire me or not.

Who you’re hiring

You Work With Me, Not An Account Team.

I’m Milos. I’ve spent more than five years growing B2B companies in fintech, payments, Web3 and SaaS. When you hire me for outbound, I’m the one on your kickoff call, and I’m still the one reading your replies in month three.

I use data and sending software for the heavy lifting. The judgement is mine: who makes your list, what the email says, and who is worth an hour of your time.

  • One Person, Start To Finish

Strategy, research, copy, launch and replies all stay with me. Nothing gets handed to a junior.

  • Built Around Your Market

The targeting and the messaging come from your offer and your buyers, not from a template I reuse.

  • Sharper Every Week

Every reply tells me something. I use it to tighten the list and rewrite what isn’t landing.

My own agency

Lureon.ai: 3 New Clients In 45 Days

Lureon.ai is my own agency, and I fill its pipeline the same way I’d fill yours. My outbound landed 3 new clients within 45 days.

Results depend on the offer, the market and the list. Yours will be different.

“Milos ran outbound for us at Rise. He built the list, wrote the emails and handled every reply himself. All I had to do was show up to the calls.”

Who it’s for

Who This Is For, And Who It Isn’t.

I’d rather tell you now than take your money and find out in month two.

A Good Fit

  • You sell to other businesses. I know fintech, payments, Web3 and SaaS best, but the workflow isn’t limited to them.
  • One new customer is worth enough that a deal or two pays for the whole engagement.
  • You, or someone on your team, can take a sales call within a few days of it being booked.
  • You can explain what you sell and who it’s for in two sentences.

Not A Fit

  • You sell to consumers, or your price is low enough that you need hundreds of sales for it to matter.
  • Nobody on your side has time to take the meetings I book.
  • You need a full pipeline in two weeks. Emails go out in week one, but meetings build up over the weeks that follow.
  • You want the same email sent to as many people as possible.

How I work

What I Do For You, Week By Week.

Everything is prepared in week one, and your first emails go out by the end of it. You approve the list and the emails before anything is sent.

Weekly report
A typical plan. The week-one start depends on you approving the list and emails within one working day. If approval takes longer, the start moves with it.
  1. Days 1–2

We Talk, And I Work Out Who To Go After

We get on a call for an hour on day one. I ask about your best customers, your deal size, who says yes quickly and who wastes your time. Then I study your market and your competitors and turn it all into a written target profile.

You get the target profile to correct and approve.

  2. Days 3–4

I Build The List And Write The Emails

I build the prospect list against that profile, find the decision-maker at each company and verify the contact details. I go through it and take out bad fits, duplicates and anyone you already work with. Then I write the email sequence in your voice.

You get the list and the emails. Nothing goes out until you say yes. I ask for your answer within one working day, so the launch stays on schedule.

  3. Day 5

    I Launch, Starting Small

With your approval in, I set up the sending and start with a small first batch. I watch how it lands and what comes back before I increase the volume, so a weak angle gets fixed early instead of being sent to your whole market.

You get a note the day your first emails go out.

  4. From week 2

I Answer The Replies And Book The Meetings

Replies start within days of the first emails. I read every one. I answer questions, follow up with the people who went quiet, and check each prospect against the criteria we agreed. When someone qualifies, I book them into your calendar around your availability.

You get qualified meetings in your calendar.

  5. Every week

I Report, And I Change What Isn’t Working

You hear from me every week: who I contacted, who replied, who I booked, and what I’m changing next. Segments that respond get more attention. Segments that don’t get paused.

You get a short written report, in plain language.

What Counts As A Qualified Meeting.

Everything I do ends in this one thing, so here is exactly what I mean by it.

It Counts When

  • The company matches the target profile you approved.
  • The person makes the buying decision, or shapes it.
  • They replied with real interest and agreed to a call about your offer.

It Doesn’t Count When

  • They’re outside the profile, however keen they are.
  • They asked for “more info” and never agreed to a call.
  • They’re a vendor, a job seeker or a student.
  • They don’t show up. I rebook them, and it counts once the call happens.

Your list

A Short List Of The Right People Beats A Long List Of Everyone.

I build your list from company websites, professional networks, map listings and public registries, not from one source. That reaches owners and operators who never update a profile, and in a lot of markets that’s where the buyer actually is.

From market to listNot to scale
  1. Every company in your market
  2. Taken out: wrong size, wrong industry, wrong location
  3. Companies that match your target profile
  4. Taken out: no decision-maker with a verified email
  5. The right person, with a verified email
  6. Taken out: duplicates, your existing customers, poor fits
  7. Cleared for outreach
How much is taken out at each step depends on your market. Most of a market never makes the final list.
  1. Define Your Ideal Buyer

We agree on company size, industry, location, buyer role, and the signals that matter for your offer.

  2. Research And Verify

I research the matching companies, find the decision-makers, verify their contact details and remove duplicates.

  3. Prioritise Fit, Then Reach Out

I use that research to make each email personal, starting with the prospects who fit best.

What you can hold me to

An Outbound Team In One Person, Not A List Vendor.

  • Every Message Is Personal

Written around the prospect’s company, their role, and a reason to talk now.

  • Every Reply Is Answered

I follow up, qualify, and book the meeting for you.

  • Every Week Is Reported

What went out, who replied, who I booked, and what changes next.

What The Pilot Month Delivers

Because your emails go out in week one, the pilot gives you about three weeks of real replies to judge. It has a clear finish line, and you decide what happens next.

  • A target profile you’ve approved
  • A researched, verified prospect list
  • An email sequence you’ve approved
  • Your first emails out by the end of week one
  • A written review of the replies and meetings so far
  • My honest advice: carry on, change it, or stop

Every Term Includes All Of It

I plan, build, launch and run your outbound, start to finish.

Starts with a 30-minute call · No obligation

  • Target profile and market research
  • Prospect list, researched and verified
  • Sending setup and deliverability
  • Personal email sequences
  • Replies answered and prospects qualified
  • Qualified meetings booked on your calendar
  • Weekly report and ongoing improvements

Common questions

What People Ask Me Before We Start.

How Soon Do The First Emails Go Out?

By the end of the first week. I spend days one and two on the target profile and days three and four on the list and the emails. Once you approve them, the first small batch goes out on day five. If approval takes longer than a working day, the start moves with it.

What Do You Need From Me To Get Started?

A clear offer, your website or sales deck, an hour for a kickoff call, and a quick yes or no on the list and emails later that week. I take it from there: research, targeting, copy, setup and the day-to-day running.

Is The Email Setup Included?

Yes. I set up and manage the sending for the engagement and keep an eye on deliverability. Your main domain isn’t used for cold outreach, so its reputation isn’t put at risk.

Who Writes The Emails, And Do I Get A Say?

I write the sequence and the personal touches. You approve the direction before anything is sent, and I adjust it as replies come in.

What Happens When Someone Replies?

I handle it. I answer their questions, follow up, check them against the criteria we agreed, and book the ones who qualify into your calendar around your availability.

Is There A Long-Term Contract?

No. You can start with a single pilot month at $2,000 and stop there. If you commit at the start, a 3-month term is $1,800 a month and a term of 6 months or more is $1,600 a month. We’ll go through timing and scope together on the call.
